Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 72 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below.

- Canada: 7-14 days
- Australia: 10-30 days
- UK: 7-14 days
- Europe: 10-30 days
- Other countries: 10-30 days

We currently accept payments in all major currencies, but all orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
